Front Row MMA continue their preview of FIGHT UK 7 with an interview with bantamweight fighter Hannah Stephens, before her amateur fight with previous FIGHT UK competitor LJ Adams.

FRMMA: What do you know about your opponent (LJ Adams)?

I know she's got a good ground game, I've not really seen much on her stand up as I've only seen her amateur fights with no head shots so you can't really take note of how precise or technical she is stood up.

FIGHT UK 7 - Info & Date Change

FIGHT UK 7 was rescheduled a couple of weeks ago and all those that had purchased tickets would have recieved an email announcing the date change, FIGHT UK 7 will now be on 23rd June 2012.

If you havent yet responded to the email with a request for refund, please send an email to mail@fightukmma.co.uk before Friday 6th April. Refunds cannot be processed after this date, as we will assume you have accepted the new date.

Apologies for any inconvinience this may have casued and many thanks for your cooperation!

The fightcard is taking shape for FIGHT UK 7, 23rd June 2012. We should be announcing the first round of fights over the bank holiday!

It's with a heavy heart that we bring you the news of one of our most loved competitors sudden passing.

Roy Allison Jnr first took to the FIGHT UK stage back on our fourth show, Sunday 5th June 2011 against the highly rated Subaig Singh, he most recently competed on our last show FIGHT UK 6 taking a win against Rob Bunford.

From his demeanour outside the cage and attitude to all he met whilst competing on our shows, it was more than clear this guy was not only a fierce competitor but also a loyal and highly respectful person, these are the reason's he'll leave a unique legacy within FIGHT UK MMA and the UK MMA community as a whole.

We'd like to extend our condolences to Roy's family and friends. You can view Roy's fighter profile q&a here.

For those that had the chance to meet Roy and watch him compete you will know what a loss he will be, not only within MMA. Thanks for your time with us, Roy. We wont forget you.
