FIGHT UK Title Terms and Conditions

CHAMPIONS REGULATIONS

1. TITLE SHOTS AND CONTENDERS
Any vacant Fight UK titles or opportunities to become a contender for a Fight UK title will be the decision of the promoter. The aforementioned decision will be based on a combination of the following criteria:
•    Full professional MMA record
•    Fight UK MMA record
•    Most recent run of results
•    Quality of opponents defeated

2. TITLE DEFENSE
A new Fight UK Champion will have the option of defending the title within the
first six (6) months of their reign. After six (6) months a title defense will be mandatory, if there is more the one qualified contender the Champion may choose which contender he will defend against. A Champion must respond to a challenge by confirming with Fight UK within seven (7) days of receiving it.

If a Champion had not made a defense for more than twelve (12) months they will be declared inactive, they would have no choice but to defend against the first qualified contender.

If a Champion had not made a defense for more than eighteen (18) months and declared inactive, then Fight UK can declare the title vacant without giving notice. Fight UK has the final decision on whether a contender if qualified.

3. CHAMPIONS CONDUCT
Fight UK Champions must conduct themselves in public in a professional and sports man like manner. Any behavior Likely to bring Fight UK into disrepute may result in the champion being banned from Fight UK events and stripped of the title without notice.

Fight UK Champions are responsible for the care and upkeep of the title belt, including its safe return for a title defense, being declared inactive or being stripped of the title due to conduct

4. VACATING TITLES
If a Champion moves up or down a weight division and wins a title of the new weight division the Champion may hold both titles for a period of three (3) months after which he must choose the weight division he want to compete in and the title he want to keep, then vacate the other title.
